How does it feel to lead the Burson Rookie of the Year standings?

“That’ll just be my career highlight if I walk away with that at the end of the year.

“I’ve definitely felt an improvement in my driving. I’m still looking to improve. I’ve definitely felt different since Tasmania at the start of the year.”

How are you getting along with your fellow CAMS Jayco Australian Formula 4 Championship racers?

“There’s a lot of good friendships made this year, everyone’s been really friendly to each other.”

“Even when we’ve had our ups and downs, we’ve come around to each other. So it’s been really good so far.”

Have you ever raced at Sandown before?

“I haven’t been there before; from what I’ve heard it’s a bit bumpy.

“I’m sure it’s a really good track. I don’t think we’ll use much of the kerbs, but I’m definitely looking forward to it – especially learning a new track.”

Which old school race car would you love to blast around with?

“Probably one of Marcos Ambrose’s Pirtek cars.”

“I’ve hopped in one when he was racing here, that would be one of the cars I would like to jump in.”
